The hypnotherapist is not providing a medical diagnosis, an act which is reserved to medical personnel or professionals who received the title or the proper degree, in accordance with the terms defined by the law. The information on this site is for hypnosis and can not be a substitute for a medical consultation or treatment. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse or discontinue any therapist client relationship at any time. Moreover, like all other therapies, hypnosis can not guarantee absolute success to all individuals who use them.

The practitioner is under no obligation for the results, but only of means. All information provided by people contacting us are confidential. The practitioner will respect medical ethics in force and the legal requirements of confidentiality of medical information applicable in the USA and in the European Union.

The practitioner will not save the information or email exchanges in a server and does not otherwise use the information to compile statistics. Any correspondence or verbal exchange with the practitioner is completely private and confidential.

The hypnotherapy session is not reimbursed by Social Security or by the health mutual.
